Cottonmouth Creek is a folksy but edgy little ol' bluegrass band based in Birmingham, Alabama. While our bluegrass roots are deep, we've been known to get off the reservation a bit with adaptations of songs from various other genres, plus quite a few of our own original tunes. We most assuredly won't let you go to sleep.

We focus on tightly-blended three part vocal harmonies, supported by traditional bluegrass instrumentation: banjo, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, and bass. Visually, we're not too pretty, but we do clean up pretty good.
